Our parent company, UK2Group, has been in business since 1998, first launching as UK2.NET, one of the first domain registrars in the United Kingdom. Since then UK2 has grown dramatically, with offices in 4 different countries, and services that scale from Shared Hosting all the way up to Dedicated Hosting, and private cloud offerings.

VPS.NET launched in 2009 as a new product line for the UK2Group.
VPS.NET was one of the first cloud hosting providers out there, and developed it’s own backend software, which has now become OnApp. We’re proud of our accomplishments in our limited history, and can’t wait to continue to deliver innovative products to the consumers.

I got my start in marketing as an affiliate manager with a previous company and was lucky to get hired in by A2 Hosting. Our CEO founded A2 Hosting in 2003 and we really grew by offering the best support for the most popular developer technologies.
