We are using the services of GlowHost for 6 years already and haven’t had any issues with services quality. These guys are checking servers 24/7/365 and fix any issues even before someone else may realize that.
Support replies in Ten minutes to any request making us think less on web hosting and much more on business. I would suggest GlowHost to anyone who requires hosting or thinking about provider change.

I have used many other hosting companies before. Since I’ve found GlowHost, I’ll never go to any one else for web hosting. GlowHost is very reliable, the connection is very fast and their cpanel with Fantastico is the best in the market.

The tech support, especially Matt is fantastic. They’re very helpful and patient, especially for a newbie like myself. I walked in with no knowledge of web hosting, not to mention shared hosting.
Matt was wonderful, walked me through every thing and when I had difficulties, I always got an immediate response. He was also excellent on phone support and did not mind answering questions and helping.
I would rate Glowhosts customer support an A+++ also their webhosting service is A+

Glowhost is an excellent service and I’ve recommended several individuals to it. The CPanel is one of the easiest I have tried personally and makes creating websites and webs very easy.
I also enjoy the more personalized support and guarantees that Glowhost offers. The newsletters are friendly, informative and remind me that theres real people on the other side, just not automated servers.

I have NEVER experienced this kind of amazing support as I have with Glowhost.com. I’ve referred some people to them and have NEVER had a single negative experience or word.
Every time there is an issue, Glowhost has been there! Night or day, when anything did not seem right, I submit a support ticket and the issue has been addressed, fixed, and I have been updated with a reply within minutes.
