As a business owner, I can be quite demanding at times. But in the few years I’ve done business with HostPapa, whether for clients or for myself, I have always been helped regardless of the issue.

Always efficient service and a great customer service team on top of it! I was and always will be impressed with the service. The up-time is good too.

HostPapa is easy to use for those that are not ‘html’-savvy… (my favourite thing about HostPapa is) the people!

I have talked to about half a dozen people and have never had a bad experience.
They are really professional, nice, friendly and knowledgeable.

HostPapa customer service and support always help troubleshoot problems on the site and if they do not know exactly how to solve (my problem), they’ll try to figure it out.

I chose HostPapa because we needed to switch from our old web host site.
I searched the Internet for reviews comparisons, etc. and HostPapa constantly ranked very highly.

Also, it was a Canadian company… Also, during the problems with my old host, I e-mailed HostPapa to ask for help and opinions, etc. and they were always quick to respond and help in any way they could even though I had not even signed up yet!
