Having spent a lot more than 20 years in the service business, I can realize a great customer support rep quickly. Once I spoke with Bethany at Register.com today, I was so impressed with her enthusiasm. She really wanted to help me fix the issues I was having updating my site.
Earlier in the day, I had spoken with customer support reps from two other companies, neither of whom was helpful or polite.
